To reflect our increased market in CNG as well as other alternative fuels we decided to become more fuel neutral and use the name ProEnergy Corporation. The EPA has extended the Memo 1A, with certain conditions, to December 31, 2001. This allows model year 2000 & 2001 vehicles to be converted following those conditions.
